LEARNING REIKI
"Reiki" (rei-ki) is a spiritual healing practice that brings balance and a greater sense of well-being through gentle touch for the purpose of healing.
Reiki is easy to learn and self-treatment is the basis of the practice. Reiki is most often used as a home or folk art to relieve the physical and mental anxieties of everyday family life. Reiki can be used on animals, plants, foods, environments and a there are no contraindications. It is a holistic practice of healing and harmonization.
Reiki is also practiced in professional settings and in conjunction with conventional medical care.
USUI REIKI RYOHO
Reiki Usui is a generic name that refers to one of the many forms in which Reiki has developed in the West. It comes from the system of Reiki Usui Shiki Ryoho, which Hawayo Takata left us and which until March 2019 was directed by his granddaughter Phyllis Lei Furumoto. Master Violeta Abitia teaches this style in the closest way to the original Japanese sense, incorporating her own wisdom and experience in the practice of this style. It is a style very easy to learn, flexible and adapted to the western mentality. It is oriented to healing and its therapeutic aspects, although it also gives us a great opening to the more spiritual teachings, mainly in its levels 3 and 4.

Levels I or II = 200 US
The duration of the class, as I teach it, is approximately 10-12 hours. It can be taken over two days or scheduled over several days to fit your personal schedule.
Workshops can be shared online via Skype, Facetime or Zoom.
Includes: Digital manuals, Diploma (Accredited by The International School of Reiki Sammasati), resources relevant to the course and training.
Personalized accompaniment by Master Violeta Abitia during the 21 days of self-healing practice.
Additional accompaniment to be agreed upon.
Violeta Abitia holds Masters and experience in 5 styles of Reiki: Usui Reiki Ryoho, Komyo Reiki Kai, Gendai Reiki Ho, Aquarian Reiki and Toltec Reiki.

What does it mean to be a pure channel?
You will receive an Attunement Level I which is a traditional initiation to begin working with Reiki.
Chakras, breathing techniques, protection techniques.
Self Reiki (12 positions) You are invited to practice a 21 day self cleanising technique.
Aura cleansing
Reiki to others (18 positions) You will be initiated into sharing Reiki with other in presence. In case the workshop is taken online you will be guided as to how to proceed with a treatment to others.
Reiki to plants, animals, elements, food and environments.
